The Clean Up provides a structured audit of up to eight existing policies and procedures. Designed for SME founders, who need to refine and reinforce their policies.

Time to get to humming

The Process:

  • Review & Initial Meeting: A first Humming session to connect with the founder. Setting expectations and addressing any immediate concerns. This prevents overwhelm and ensures clarity from the start.

  • Audit & Interim Report: Three to four policies reviewed before the first Humming session. The founder will receive an interim report with a booking link for the first session. The report will detail any amendments, recommendations and actionable insights.

  • Comprehensive Policy Review: Reviewing all policies over ten working days (minimum). Making sure they are transparent, compliant and effective.

  • Final Humming session: A wrap-up meeting to discuss the audit. Also the next steps for embedding the updated procedures into daily practices.

    Regularly reviewing and updating business policies and procedures is crucial for several reasons. Firstly, it ensures compliance with changing industry regulations, helping you avoid penalties and legal issues.

    Secondly, it allows you to identify and address gaps or inefficiencies in your operations, improving productivity and cost savings.

    There are a total of two Humming sessions factored into the minimum package. If we need additional sessions, we can discuss it more thoroughly at the time of the initial meeting or during the clarification session.

    Yes. You can either pay the full amount upfront using the buttons above or opt for a 50% deposit when booking. The remaining balance is due when scheduling the first Humming session.

    The review will continue once the remaining balance is settled.

    Bank details are available on request for bank transfers.

    The duration of the Clean Up audit varies depending on the size and complexity of your policies.  However, as a general guideline, the process typically takes a minimum of ten working days, with at least three to four policies reviewed within the first five days.

    This timeframe includes:

    • Two Humming sessions an interim review and a final session to go through findings.
    • A detailed policy review with recommendations.
    • Actionable insights to help you refine and implement improvements.

    Efficiency is always prioritised to ensure a timely yet thorough review process.

    The Clean Up package offers actionable recommendations to implement. Incorporating these changes enhances your business relationships and internal structures.

    Some SME founders prefer additional guidance when taking action. We will address this during the Humming sessions. There is the option to book stand-alone Humming sessions.
