Designed to move SME business founders beyond surface-level fixes. The Hover is about understanding the structure of the company. How internal policies and procedures are shaping the business. It’s about identifying bottlenecks, misalignments, and risks. Followed by providing clear, ethical recommendations. This allows you to realign your internal ecosystem with your long-term goals.

The Hover ensures that all policies and procedures follow legal requirements. Then, it’s to assess them against the core values, mission, and vision of the company. This is a moment to pause for reassurance that the written rules are showing up in practice across the business.

The founder or leadership team select which policies and procedures to include. Where there are more than eight policies in the business, you can always book a Sip & Chat to gain clarity. The audit will pick up on a need for additional policies.

Definitely. While the Hover audit provides a structured review framework, it’s flexible. It allows the focus on areas that matter most to you. Whether that’s preparing for upcoming growth, smoothing team operations, or tightening compliance.

The audit report will offer a clear, practical overview of:

  • Strengths in your current policy framework

  • Areas of misalignment or inefficiency

  • Compliance risks or legal gaps

  • Leadership or operational bottlenecks

  • Prioritised recommendations for improvement, tailored to your business size and goals

The aim is to make the invisible visible. Giving you a roadmap for smoother, more confident operations.

You’ll receive a structured written audit report. Followed by a consultation session where we walk through the findings together. This is to ensure understand the rationale behind each recommendation. You get to feel confident about the next steps in making changes to get your business humming.

Yes. The Hover audit includes a follow-up consultation after you receive the report. This offers several opportunities:

  • to ask questions,

  • test ideas, and

  • receive guidance

All valuable as you embark on implementing changes. You shouldn’t have to feel like you’re left on your own.

The review and report preparation usually takes around 3–4 weeks. Depending on the complexity and number of policies uploaded. The final session is best scheduled a week after receiving the report. This allows you time to read through, contemplate and prepare yourself.

Remember to give yourself space for grace.
