Our House

Welcome to the Foyer

This is the hallway of possibilities.  Take your time to review how we can work together to build a work culture of mutual respect with your own made for you policies and procedures.

CAS Ltd  work with like-minded leaders from across the sectors within the SME space.  As the one in chair part and parcel of success is the responsibility and obligations.  Your vision is not to be the same as everyone else so why would you believe template policies would be the answers.

You will soon come to realise that Policies and Procedures are the foundational structure of your business.  It is not something which can be left to chance.

If you cannot find what you are looking for or would prefer to get straight to the conversation book your complimentary Sip & Chat.

Let's Dust Off with a Review

Nothing is better than the peace of mind and reassurance that your business is at its optimal positioning.  Now you could do this yourself or if you have a team, delegate.  But do they have the time or know how to spot any potential changes to make the system smoother?  Unlikely and if it seems like too much of a hassle to change, people have a way of being blind to the shortcomings.

Therefore you can hand it over to The Ethical Strategist to review.  Casting fresh eyes on your rule book can help to identify areas that can be streamlined.    So before we jump ahead of ourselves in creating something new, let’s see assess and determine whether any changes are necessary.

Refined You Business with a Clean Up

Once a review has been carried out and your report is in, you decided whether you would like to address the recommendations in-house.  Alternatively, we can continue to work together for the implementation stage.  Otherwise referred to as the “Clean-Up”, this is where we take the necessary action to update existing practices or introduce structure to enable a more cohesive environment.

Deep Dive into your policies

This is a policies audit where I go away and read the policies you have in place based on the conversations during the Humming session.

We meet again where The Ethical Strategist will give feedback and any recommendations.  You can decide whether implementation will occur in-house (you can always book another Humming session).  Alternatively, we can agree on how to collaborate to incorporate the suggestions.

Let's get it down in writing

Note I said writing not stone.  Your policies can, should and will change in the future as the business scales.  What you do at this stage will be what is most suitable for the foreseeable future.  Your policies and procedures are present when you are unavailable

Your business is unique.  The intention is not to come into your business and attempt to fit you in a box because it has worked for another company that offers the same services.  Therefore we start all engagements with a Humming session.

You get to talk about your business.  What’s great and your most significant achievements, the reasons for your frustrations and what you believe needs attention.
